Strengthen Exercises

When the shoulder has improved range of motion, brightness exercises must be performed within this range of motion. External and internal rotational exercises can be performed using exercise bands. Close one end of the tape in a door and hold the other end in the hand. Your elbow should be 90 degrees. For external rotation, stand with your opposite side against the door and pull your hand over your body to the side. In the internal rotation, stand with your affected shoulder against the door. Still, at a 90-degree angle, remove your arm from your side over your body. In abduction exercises, hold the tape in both hands, then lift your hands up and out until your hands are almost fully extended and your hands are at shoulder level (or as high as possible in painless reach).
